Currently: Thursday is when I officially find out whether or not I passed my second attempt at the NBCOT Boards exam...and i'm quite nervous this time around. This time the nerves are due to the fact that I actually feel like I PASSED this time around! The first time I took it was actually a lot easier to deal with because I already knew on the inside that I didn't make it...I also had a lot going on and was kind of depressed at that point. But I feel a lot more confident about this coming thursday. But of course I am still ready with a back up plan. If on thursday morning I log into my NBCOT account and see that I have failed...i'm not going to frown, i'm not going to sulk...i'm just going to plan for my Vegas (final decision) vacation even sooner! Then i'm going to go on vacation and relax and party my ass off like I deserve to! Thank you very much. But if I log into my account and see that I have PASSED (which is more likely), the phone calls and transition planning will begin as soon as possible...and hey, i'll have bragging rights at work now!...and then I will go on vacation maybe a few months later. ; ) So I think I would enjoy scenario 2 a lot more...though a quick vacation wouldn't get me down at all!haha Anyways, back to the snooze-fest that is the Oscars. Not bad for a quick update, right?

Currently: Today I took my NBCOT Boards exam for the second time...and I feel A LOT more confident this time around in reguards to passing! For one, I didn't take nearly as long to answer questions, which makes a HUGE difference. Also, though I didn't do as much studying this time around, I feel I was more in tune with the material. Even when I first took the exam the material wasn't really an issue. I had to work on my time management skills, and fortunately I did an excellent job of doing so today. So anyways I shall see whether I passed or not...but I really have a good feeling that I did. In other news, i've just been in this mood to shop a lot lately. When I say "shop" I don't mean going on a million shopping sprees...I mean purchasing random items that I want little by little. Like dedicating one evening or weekend to purchasing one type of item, and then waiting the next weekend or next available evening to purchase somethingelse...still with me?haha As a matter of fact, next friday i'm planning on going to Kings Highway (an area in Brooklyn with FAB accessory stores) to pick up a bag, shoes, a scarf, or a hat...I really hadn't figured out what yet.Ha Once i'm there i'll make up my mind for sure. With all that is going on, i'm still trying my hardest to save up for vacation. And while i'm on that topic, my cousin from Connecticut over the weekend expressed interest in vacationing with me...so I may have a partner in crime!haha Hey, if all else fails I was going to settle with my mother anyways (as awkward as that is), because either way I MUST have another vacation by the end of this year!

Currently: I have scheduled to retake my Boards exam...I will be taking it on Valentine's Day. Hey, might as well be doing SOMETHING on the worst, most depressing day of the year! It is a good day to take off work, so why not? Anyways, I hope things go well this time around...otherwise i'll be working Nursing Homes for the rest of my life...not that I mind that. I am also beginning to plan out my mammaplastly. I called my Health Insurance carrier on Friday and was told that it is best I get a refferal from the plastic surgeon to be approved for surgery. Since I have already found a reputable surgeon in my area, I plan to call her office tommorrow to ask some questions and see if I could make an appointment for a consult. I am more than sure that they'll approve me. Not only has my upper back and neck been hurting, I have also acquired a mass of dark marks under my breasts. As soon as Insurance sees pictures of those disgusting marks, they BETTER NOT disapprove me! In the meanwhile, I still haven't really decided where i'd like to travel to next. Currently I am deadlocked between Punta Cana, DR, Miami, and Vegas. I feel like at this point I will most likely go to Vegas since it is the cheapest and easiest to save up for. I shall see about that, I guess. For now first thing's first...I have to retake that bullshit test.
